Congratulations to everybody that attended the quarterly grading held on Sunday 17th March 2013. It was with great pleasure to say that everybody who attended managed to get to the next belt. A big thank you to Bridlington Karate who attended and showed support for the club and the amazing demonstrations of Kata’s after the grading. Next set go Grading is July 2013, 4 months from now.  

Ladies – do you want to learn a new skill? Perhaps one that can protect yourself and your family? Lincolnshire Martial Arts along with Scunthorpe Telegraph have teamed up to offer all ladies 6 Weeks FREE self-defence training sessions. The lessons for ladies only operate every Wednesday 6:30pm to 8pm to promote self-defence and awareness. Mixed sessions are open 5 nights a week from 5pm to 8:30pm, all females are welcome to join the other sessions also. Just print off this Coupon and bring it along to claim your 6 week Free Sessions.

A reminder that on the 17th March 2013 (which is a Sunday) a grading will be taking place for all those who are ready to advance to the next belt. The start time is 10am and goes all the way through to 4pm with lunch in-between. Please make sure your Insurance is up-to date and you have your karate passport with you along with the relevant fees depending on which belt you are going for. The price can be found at the Karate club and changes depending on which belt you are going for. Good Luck to all who are taking part and remember, practice those Kata’s.

Starting Wednesday 6th February 2013 and then every Wednesday between 6-8pm, Lincolnshire Karate are happy to introduce a Ladies Only Karate/Self Defence / Tai Chi Class.  At a cost of only £5 per session, this class enables ladies to learn vital self defence skills in the event of an attack – See you there.

A very good turn out on the 18th November 2012 for the Quarterly Grading and I am pleased to say that everyone that took part passed with flying colours. The grading was held in the new premises in East Common Lane with the Bridlington Martial Arts showing there support by training with us on the day.

We will be closed on the following dates listed below during the festive period. All other training sessions will be running as normal:

December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st and January 1st 2012
